It's time to start planning, practicing and prepping for our Talent show on May 24th when our AMAZING Girl Scouts will awe and inspire us all with all their unique and impressive talents. Tonight we will be planning and practicing for our show. So come prepared with your best talent. Here are a few of the rules:
- Talent must be 5 minutes or shorter
- Talent must not include anything dangerous such as fire and/or knives
- Talent must be age-appropriate. Lets avoid our little girls being sexy and knowing it!
We'll talk about things like, what equipment will be needed, what costumes will they be wearing, what talent will they be performing and what we can all do to help.

Some of the activities we have planned are:
- Learning to treat a basic wound with a bandage (wait until you see the awesome rainbow bandages we got, just for the girls!)
- Meet a real life FIREFIGHTER and listen as he talks to you about CPR, Heimlich and wound care. (You might want to look up what CPR and Heimlich means before you come, and see if you can impress our special guest and all your Girl Scout friends!)
- Learn basic safety and First Aid techniques that every Girl Scout should know.
This will be an exciting meeting with some awesome real life skills to be learned. Don't be late!
