Our cookie sales this year were phenomanal! We could not have done it with out our AMAZING Cookie Mom, Marie Grogan, all of our wonderful parents and of course, our AMAZING Girl Scouts! We all spent a long hours, selling and delivering cookies and collecting and depositing money and of course, who can forget the cookie booth. We realize what a job it is and we recognize that each and every person has other things to do, but puts them aside for the good of our troop and I just want to day a BIG THANK-YOU! ou all were awesome and we couldn't have done it without you! And for such a young group of Girl Scouts, we did pretty darned well! We sold a ton of cookies and earned enough money to make our end of year activity something to remember!
Thank you again for all your hard work!

April 12th, 2012 First Aid
Hey Girl Scouts! Our next meeting will be on Thursday, April 12th. Same time, same place, but always something new to discover! This week we will be earning our FIRST AID badge! This is an important badge for every girls scout to have.
Some of the activities we have planned are:
Some of the activities we have planned are:
- Learning to treat a basic wound with a bandage (wait until you see the awesome rainbow bandages we got, just for the girls!)
- Meet a real life FIREFIGHTER and listen as he talks to you about CPR, Heimlich and wound care. (You might want to look up what CPR and Heimlich means before you come, and see if you can impress our special guest and all your Girl Scout friends!)
- Learn basic safety and First Aid techniques that every Girl Scout should know.
This will be an exciting meeting with some awesome real life skills to be learned. Don't be late!

Introducing Girl Scout Brownie Troop 102
Welcome everyone! I am pleased to introduce our AMAZING GIRL SCOUT BROWNIE TROOP 102!
We have an amazing group of girls and we have had so much fun so far this year. We are looking ahead to lots of fun meeting and exciting activities!
I have created this blog to help keep parents apprised of the activities that are going on in our troop and throughout our service unit as well as to share all the fun we are having as Girl Scouts!
For the sake of Internet Safety, I will not be disclosing any information on locations we are at and I will Never, Ever use your daughter's name, anywhere on this blog! Each girl will have a "code name" by which she will be referred in this blog. If you or your daughter would like her code name changed, please let me know what her preference is. I would love to call her anything she would like!
I really want this to be a tool to help keep Parents up-to-date with their Daughter's Girl Scout experience and a fun place for girls to visit to share their memories and excitement with their family.
If you have any suggestions, please let me know!
